Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world from the state of Florida.

How long does shipping take?

We're all about getting your Chicks Love Wicks order out the door in 2-5 business days. In the event of a holiday, that time may be extended. If this happens, we will post the expected shipping time in the announcement bar. You want your goods, and we're here to make that happen!

How do I track my order?

Once we've prepped your order, we'll shoot you an email with tracking info so you can stalk your package's journey.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of goods, we aren't able to offer refunds or returns at this time. But if your candle arrives damaged, snap 📸 a photo of the damage and email us ✉️ within 72 hours to get a replacement product.
